THE WORLD’S FIRST ethical tea, Dilmah, recently made its presence felt in Manila when Dilmah founder and CEO, Merrill J Fernando hosted a tea gastronomy and presented a tea-infused luncheon at the Shangri-la Makati Hotel.

Paul Lenz, Shangri-La Makati executive chef, created the first tea-infused luncheon in the country during a tea gastronomy session that Dilmah held for representatives of the hospitality and service industry.
